LABORATORIES

Well equipped laboratories for undertaking research on various aspects of salinity management are available with some of the advanced facilities like Atomic Absorption Spectro-photometer, HPLC, Radio meter, Kjeltek N analyser, EM Salinity Probe, Neutron Moisture Meters, Scintillation Counter, Growth Chambers etc.A weighing lysimeter,
	large number of screen houses and micro plots etc are also available for precise experimental works. Institute has one of the best computing facilities in the ICAR system with more than 90 PCs backed by appropriate software facilities and trained manpower. The facilities of image processing,
interpreting satellite imageries and GIS are also available.
